Location:
Mabuhay beach house, “Mabuhay” greetings of the Filipinos as a warm welcome to the guests. Located next to Floremar or some called D’ Mario Italian Restaurant at the Southern end of the long white beach of Boracay. Only 5-10 minutes walk going to the well-known “Mandala Spa” and about 15 minutes walk going to boat station 3.
Description:
A beach house divided into 2 levels connected with stairs. Each level has Air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, complete kitchen and living room features glass sliding doors that open the room to sea breezes, white powdery sand and blue crystal waters. The ground level has one bedroom and the second level has 1 Masters bedroom and an optional guestroom offered to one of the two levels if needed, with an additional charge. The place is surrounded by fence to maintain security and privacy. The homey nature of the place makes it perfect for the family or group of friends.

Access:
The house is accessible by the concrete small road going up connecting to the main road. You can also walk on the white beach, riding in a motorbike, by boat or bicycle.
View:
While enjoying swimming and sunbathing on the beach under the sun, you capture the view from the South till the North end of the long white beach.
Terms and Condition:
- Rentals for our Villas, beach and Apartment are quoted in Dollars per night.
- During Christmas, New Year, Easter or Summer holidays we require a one week or longer and a 3 night minimum stay during non Holidays.
- Check-in time is 14:00 pm check-out time is 12:00 noon
